The whole purpose of 1-2-1 personal training is that it’s tailored to you.
All of my clients are different in terms of fitness, lifestyles and goals, you’ll be the same, you’re an individual.
Designed To Fit Into Your Lifestyle
One of the many things my clients like about 1-2-1 personal training is the flexibility of the sessions.
We can set up the sessions to accommodate your work or lifestyle, we can train in the morning, afternoon or evening – it’s up to you.
Sessions are 45 mins / 1 hour
Personal training sessions usually take between 45 mins and 1 hour.
This will include a quick warm-up and warm down and we’ll look to build on progress at a rate that suits you.

I can train you wherever is best for you.
Some of my clients prefer to train at home, at a gym or even outdoors. Whatever works for you.
how many sessions will i need
IT’S UP TO YOU, WE’LL WORK TOGETHER TO SEE WHAT WORKS.
I TRAIN MY CLIENTS DAILY, WEEKLY OR EVEN MONTHLY, IT ALL DEPENDS ON INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS AND NEEDS.
Is there a minimum commitment?
8 to 12 weeks is the minimum commitment, after that, you are free to cancel at any time.
Some of my clients start off with 2 sessions per week, then start to reduce.
How does Personal Training work?
The first session will be getting to know you and your goals, we’ll fill out an assessment together.
We’ll then work on a plan which meets your goals and begin training.
