The HIIT sessions are a balance of core, cardio, upper body and lower-body exercises, using bodyweight, kettlebell and resistances.

This whole body approach gains muscle tone and increases your fitness. 1 session a week will be more relaxing and low-impact.

This will include: Pilates level 3, kinetic chain, breathing techniques, stretches and PNF stretches. These will help keep your body supple and reduce stress levels.
